Dungeon BHA ranger
I had a quick look at the build on PvxWiki, and I found that it wasn't perfect yet so I adjusted some things, I love the fact that this concept puts the ranger in both a caster-shutdown role and a heavy damage dealing role.
R/Rt
Weapons: silencing Longbow of fortitude 15^50
armour: Druids
Atts: 10 channeling magic
10+3+1 Expertise
11+1 marskmanship
skills:
Broad head arrow
Volley
Sloth Hunters' Shot
Savage shot
Splinter Weapon
Optional: 'Finish Him!'/Ebon Vanguard ward/ asuran skil
Lightning Reflexes
Death Pact Signet
For B/P groups: swap out the optional slot and Sloth Hunters Shot for comfort/charm animal
Useage:
BHA is for strong caster bosses that are number 1 priority targets, to assist in damage dealing keep splinter weapon on yourself and then volley.
Sloth Hunters Shot is basically for spiking with Savage Shot, note that savage shot must also be used for general interupting.
The optional slot is well... optional
Lightning reflexes is your stance, this can be swapped out for Whirling defense or another stance but I prefer Lightning reflexes. Only use this for danger-situations as the IAS won't really help you, base-arrows don't hurt against lvl 26-28 monsters
Death Pact Signet is your Rez, Flesh of My Flesh can be used as well.
End:
Please discuss this build, I presonally think this is a revolutionary build that will be used very often in dungeons from now on. If you have any suggestions for improvements, please don't hesitate to say them.

Thanks for sharing,
I will definitely give it a test run ...
Though i like bringing epidemic rather then splinter weapon on my BHA ranger for caster mobs.
And my ranger never leaves home without d-shoot too, even in HM when interrupting is way harder ...
Just a reminder: In HM Dungeon Bosses seem to be immune to Daze and Blind.
Warmongers or Great Dwarf Weapon seem superior choices atm. Though this requires running with companions (preferably a Ritualist) in your party.
Broad Head Arrow and Irriatation
Cheers,
Timebandit

Well, firstly it is in WS, which means the maximum duration I can get out of it is like three seconds...
secondly, Lightning reflexes is 75% block chance, and does not end with hexes/enchants, also the speed boost probably is more of a nuissance than an actual advantage.

Another option that I've seen once or twice is to switch out your Ritualist for a Mesmer secondary, and then run Epidemic on your bar. Once you get the Daze from BHA on your primary target, you can hit it with Epidemic to spread it to the rest of the caster group, and then Volley to get the interupts off the Daze.
I've seen it used with deadly affects against Dryder groups.

I tend to agree with this as well.
I usually prefer [skill]prepared shot[/skill]+[skill]concussion shot[/skill] over [skill]broad head arrow[/skill]
The 15 second recast just kills it for me, while prep shot allows you to spam the hell out of whatever you want, even pricey skills like concussion shot. Even gives you a little damage too
When I want to seriously interrupt stuff, I go with something like this:
[skill]read the wind[/skill][skill]prepared shot[/skill][skill]savage shot[/skill][skill]distracting shot[/skill][skill]concussion shot[/skill][skill]needling shot[/skill], optional (Disrupting Shot, defense, heal, PvE skill, whatever), rez.
If you want to fit Volley and Splinter Weapon in there, remove Needling Shot and Read the Wind.

maybe its cause I have horrible reflexes, but getting off Concussion in HM is a bit difficult (unless its Meteor Shower or something)
.
I like to use BHA simply because I can be 100% sure it gives Daze. If you are using Epidemic, you can also shoot BHA at a monster that isn't using spells at that instant to daze it and adjacent enemies without having to switch targets till you find a long-castime spell to interrupt.

Personally I'd go with taking out splinter weapon and being able to spec more into WS (or just max out marks+exp if you want to 2-spec). Then take a channeling rit hero. That way you'll be more efficient in your skills and the rit hero will have a much better splinter than yours.

broad head arrow is less energy and doesn't require the enemy to be using a spell imo bha is better

If you are at least reasonably skilled at interrupting, Concussion Shot is vastly better. Energy is rarely an issue, your Expertise should be high anyway. It only costs 11 energy at 14 Expertise, and you don't need to use it that often anyway.

your expertise shouldn't need to exceed the break point. and even if we go by the example you gave BHA is only 7 energy. Even if you are a "pro" interupter you WILL NOT hit 100% of the time, which is were BHA shines. use a shortbow and your chance to miss is practically null.
it comes down to Dependable vs. Conditional in which case Dependable will always win

When I use BHA I follow it with Ebon Vanguard Assassin, by the time the arrow hits the sin is already on the target and interrupts every single spell because of it's fast attack speed.

I just wanted to point out that since insignias can be used on all armor now, you don't necessarily have to have druid armor for this. Just one with radiant runes applied to it. Also, I'm not a big fan of BHA. I would rather use archer's signet and bring concussion shot, distracting shot, and sav shot so I can spam them for no energy cost. Although the build you provided would be better for damage dealing.
